TPH Techno-Functional SME

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Temenos Payments Hub (TPH) Techno-Functional SME with 10+ years of experience to lead solution design, technical-functional delivery, client engagement, and integration activities across TPH/Temenos Transact implementations.

The candidate will be responsible for developing, communicating, and maintaining the integrity of the overall solution throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the single point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle for functional and non-functional requirements.
- Must have worked on at least one Temenos Transact TPH project as a Lead SME.
- Advise clients on system architecture, infrastructure, and solution requirements.
- Review, design, evaluate, and recommend the overall solution architecture, including:
- Business applications
- Information/data warehouses
- Technical environments
- Operating systems
- Databases
- Telecommunication/networking

- Analyze and design client integration requirements and ensure the quality and timely delivery of integration requirement documents for sign-off.
- Coordinate with external system SPOCs to define and deliver integration solutions.
- Provide guidance on hardware performance parameters required for optimal software performance and future client requirements.




- Define technical solutions for Temenos product customization and configuration based on agreed technical requirements.
- Work closely with business, technical, development, QA, and external integration teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

Mandatory Temenos SkillsTemenos Payments Hub
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Temenos Payments Hub (TPH).
- Must have experience working on TPH implementations/projects.
- Strong understanding of TPH integrations, including interfaces and APIs.

Programming / Technical Skills
- Strong InfoBasic
- Strong jBC
- Strong jQL
- Solid jBASE or TAFJ

Temenos Platform
- Strong understanding of Temenos Transact (T24) architecture
- Good knowledge of T24 data models

Tools / Integration
- Strong knowledge of OFS processing
- Experience with DSF Packager
- Experience with interfaces, APIs, and external system integrations

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should have:
- 10+ years of overall experience
- Strong TPH techno-functional experience
- At least one Transact TPH implementation as Lead SME
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in solution architecture and integration design
- Strong Temenos technical skills across InfoBasic/jBC/jQL/jBASE/TAFJ
- Good understanding of T24 architecture, data models, OFS, and DSF Packager
- Ability to bridge business, functional, technical, and integration requirements
