We are seeking a skilled Injection Tool Maker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating, repairing, and maintaining injection molds used in the production of plastic components. Key Responsibilities:
- Fabricate new injection molds according to engineering specifications and requirements.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on existing molds to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with molds, making necessary adjustments and modifications.
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to improve mold designs and optimize production processes.
- Operate a variety of machining equipment including mills, lathes, grinders, and EDM machines.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure molds meet quality standards and tolerances.
- Document work performed, including repairs, modifications, and maintenance activities.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
