Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive TLM UAT Tester to support the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase of our TLM (Transaction Lifecycle Management) implementation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating data uploads, configuring and testing auto-match rules, and ensuring complete onboarding of accounts into the TLM system.

Key Responsibilities

- Data Upload & Validation:

o Prepare and execute test cases for data uploads into TLM.

o Validate data integrity and completeness post-upload.

o Coordinate with upstream systems and data providers for test data preparation.

- Auto Match Rule Testing:

o Configure and test auto-match rules within TLM.

o Validate matching logic and ensure accurate reconciliation outcomes.

o Document rule performance and suggest improvements.

- Account Onboarding:

o Ensure all relevant accounts are onboarded into TLM as per business requirements.

o Perform completeness checks and reconciliation readiness assessments.





o Track onboarding progress and escalate issues as needed.

- UAT Execution & Reporting:

o Execute end-to-end UAT scenarios and log defects.

o Work closely with business users and IT teams to resolve issues.

o Provide regular status updates and contribute to UAT sign-off documentation.

- Stakeholder Collaboration:

o Liaise with Operations, Technology, and Control teams to ensure alignment.

o Participate in UAT planning, test case reviews, and post-UAT analysis.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 8- 10 years of experience in reconciliation systems, preferably TLM.
- Robust understanding of reconciliation workflows and matching logic.
- Experience in UAT execution, defect management, and test documentation.
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL for data validation and analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Attention to detail and a structured approach to testing.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with TLM SmartStream or similar reconciliation platforms.
- Exposure to financial operations, especially in Nostro & Sundry Reconciliation
