Area(s) of Responsibility

- 8-10 years of experience in Quality Engineering, Test Automation, and Quality Assurance across enterprise applications.

- Strong expertise in API testing and automation using REST/SOAP services.

- Hands-on experience in UI automation using Selenium or similar frameworks.

- Proficient in developing automation frameworks using Java, Python, or JavaScript.

- Experience in functional, integration, regression, system, API, and end-to-end testing.

- Solid exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Continuous Testing, Shift-Left Testing, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Expertise in SQL/database validation, JSON, XML, web services, and microservices architecture.

- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or Pivotal Cloud Foundry.

- Knowledge of Splunk and production monitoring tools for troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

- Hands-on experience with AI/GenAI-driven Quality Engineering, including GitHub Copilot for test case creation, automation scripting, defect analysis, intelligent test prioritization, and productivity improvement.

- Understanding of AI/ML application testing, model validation, data quality, accuracy, reliability, and edge-case testing.

- Experience defining QA metrics, quality gates, defect management, and release-readiness criteria.

- Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, analytical,



and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in banking/financial domain applications is preferred.
