Hiring: US Travel Operations Executive | Andheri, Mumbai | Night Shift

We are looking for an experienced US Travel Operations Executive to join our team in Andheri, Mumbai.

We are looking for someone who has hands-on experience in US travel, communicates confidently with a US accent, and is comfortable working in a night shift from our Andheri office.

Key Responsibilities -

Handle end-to-end US travel bookings and operations for corporate clients. Manage flight, hotel and other travel-related bookings and amendments. Handle cancellations, reissues, refunds and schedule changes.

Coordinate with airlines, hotels, suppliers and corporate travellers. Provide prompt assistance to travellers during disruptions and emergencies. Understand and follow corporate travel policies and approval processes.

Communicate professionally with US-based clients and travellers. Maintain accurate booking records and ensure timely resolution of issues. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth travel operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements





1–3+ years of experience in US travel / international travel operations. Robust knowledge of US travel and airline booking processes. Experience with GDS systems such as Amadeus, Sabre or Galileo will be preferred. Excellent spoken English with a clear and preferably US-accented communication style. Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working in a night shift.

Mandatory

Willingness to work from our Andheri, Mumbai office. Candidates from corporate travel, TMC, OTA or travel management backgrounds are preferred.
