Operations Manager/Field officer - Security Agency (Ex-Serviceman Preferred) | Ahmedabad We are a PASARA Licensed Security Agency based in Ahmedabad looking for an experienced Operations Manager who can independently handle the complete security operations.
Responsibility: Handle all site operations, guard deployment, night checking & client coordination Recruitment, training & replacement of security guards Handle PF/ESIC, attendance, wages, and PASARA compliance Client visit & new business support Requirement: Ex-Army JCO / Retired Police ASI-SI / Ex-Para Military preferred 5 years experience in managing 50 guards in a security agency Must have strong network of guards in Ahmedabad Must have solid network of clint for new business.
Own bike and smartphone is must Age: 35-55 years Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Field Job) Salary: Rs. 25,000 - 35,000 Performance Incentive Travel Allowance
