Role Description The TGT English educator will deliver engaging English language lessons to middle and secondary school students, aligned with the school’s curriculum and pedagogical standards. This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru involves planning lesson units, creating classroom activities, assessing student performance, and providing constructive feedback to support academic and personal growth. The educator will manage classroom dynamics, maintain accurate records of student progress, and collaborate with colleagues and school leadership on academic planning and co-curricular initiatives.





Additional responsibilities include preparing students for examinations, participating in school events, and maintaining a supportive, inclusive learning environment that reflects the school’s values.

Qualifications

- Strong English Teaching skills, including lesson planning, classroom instruction, and student assessment.
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with students, colleagues, and parents in a transparent and respectful manner.
- Ability to use Translation skills when needed to support learners from diverse language backgrounds.
- Customer Service orientation to ensure responsive, professional engagement with parents and guardians.
- Training skills for conducting remedial sessions, enrichment classes, and student workshops.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, or a related field; formal teacher training or B.Ed. preferred.
- Prior teaching experience at middle or secondary school level, ideally in CBSE or equivalent curricula.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and digital resources to enhance classroom instruction.
- Commitment to inclusive, learner-centered pedagogy and continuous professional development.
