Candidate Requirement: Candidates residing in Noida or willing to immediately relocate to Noida will be considered. Local residency in Noida is mandatory.

About the Role

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Home Textile Designer to join our core Product Development team in Noida.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating global home décor trends into commercially viable fabric collections, artwork, and product lines for international markets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Concept & Trend Forecasting

- Research and analyze international home textile and home décor trends.
- Identify emerging trends in colors, patterns, textures, materials, and designs.
- Develop theme boards, seasonal color palettes, mood boards, and concept presentations.
- Create concepts tailored to specific international buyers and target markets.

2. Textile & Print Design

- Develop creative and commercially viable designs for home textile products.
- Create original prints, patterns, motifs, textures, and artwork.
- Adapt designs according to buyer requirements, market trends, and product specifications.
- Develop coordinated collections across multiple product categories.

3. Product Development

- Work closely with the product development, merchandising, sourcing, and production teams.
- Convert concepts into production-ready designs.
- Ensure designs meet quality, technical, and commercial requirements.
- Make design modifications based on buyer feedback and sampling requirements.

4. Color & Artwork Development

- Develop seasonal color stories and coordinated color palettes.
- Prepare artwork, repeats, placements, and print layouts.
- Ensure color accuracy and consistency across collections.




- Create presentations and design decks for internal teams and international buyers.

5. Market & Buyer Understanding

- Study international markets and customer preferences.
- Understand the design language and requirements of different international buyers.
- Develop collections that balance creativity, trends, functionality, and commercial viability.

Required Skills
- Strong understanding of home textile and home décor design.
- Excellent knowledge of colors, prints, patterns, textures, and textile trends.
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking.
- Ability to develop complete collections from concept to final artwork.
- Good understanding of international home textile markets.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
- Good communication and presentation skills.

Software Skills Proficiency in relevant design software such as:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- CorelDRAW or other textile/design software will be an added advantage.

Qualification & Experience
- Degree/Diploma in Textile Design, Fashion Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in Home Textile / Textile / Print Design / Product Development preferred.
- Candidates with strong portfolios demonstrating home textile and surface design experience will be preferred.

- Commercially oriented with an understanding of international markets.
- Solid visual sense and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Willing to work on-site in Noida.
- Noida residents or candidates willing to immediately relocate to Noida only.
