The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in manual testing, Certinia PSA, Financial Management modules, Salesforce platform testing, stakeholder management, and team leadership. The role involves defining test strategies, leading testing teams, ensuring end-to-end business process validation, and delivering high-quality solutions across enterprise projects.

Key Responsibilities
Test Strategy &
- Planning
- Develop comprehensive manual testing strategies for Salesforce Certinia implementations.
- Define testing scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Prepare detailed test plans for PSA, Billing, Financial Management, and integrated Salesforce solutions.
Test Design &
- Execution
- Analyze business and functional requirements to create detailed test scenarios and test cases.
- Lead end-to-end manual testing activities across Certinia modules.
- Validate Quote-to-Cash, Project Accounting, Resource Management, and Financial business processes.
- Ensure complete functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing coverage.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of manual testers.
- Allocate tasks, track deliverables, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Drive testing best practices and improve testing processes.
Defect Management
- Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects using Jira or equivalent tools.
- Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and functional consultants for defect resolution.
- Conduct root cause analysis and quality reviews.
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and customer stakeholders.
- Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and quality reports.
- Ensure professional customer communication through emails, meetings, and project discussions.
Data Validation
- Validate financial, billing, and project-related data across integrated systems.
- Perform data reconciliation and verify business-critical transactions.
