- Understand students academic goals and recommend suitable test preparation programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, leads, and student inquiries.
- Explain course offerings, fees, benefits, schedules, and enrollment procedures.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with students and parents.
- Achieve assigned sales, admission, and revenue targets.
