n• Lead sales across Trade, OEM & Key Accounts
n• Drive ₹20 Cr annual target with focus on profitable growth
n• Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals
n• Expand dealer network and strengthen market presence
n• Deliver value-based selling through application support and ROI-driven solutions

n• 10+ years of experience in cutting tools / industrial sales
n• Robust understanding of machining processes (drilling, milling, tapping, etc.)
n• Proven experience in OEM & key account management
n• Background in Mechanical/automotive/engineering industry preferred
