Key Responsibilities

Tendering Manager EPC

Storage Tanks & Cross-Country Pipelines Lead end-to-end tendering and estimation for EPC projects involving storage tanks, tank farms, terminals and cross-country pipelines. Identify and review tender opportunities across various portals and recommend suitable tenders based on the Company’s technical, commercial and execution capabilities. Review tender documents, specifications, drawings and BOQs; identify scope gaps, ambiguities, risks, exclusions and commercial exposures.

Review and coordinate detailed cost estimates, BOQs/MTOs, rate analysis, construction methodologies, manpower and equipment requirements. Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commercial, Finance, vendors and subcontractors for timely and competitive bid preparation. Assess technical, contractual and commercial risks, including LDs, payment terms, price escalation, guarantees, warranties and other contractual conditions.





Coordinate with Design and Technical teams to identify and raise pre-bid queries/clarifications with clients. Lead preparation of commercial deviations, qualifications, assumptions and exclusions and ensure compliance with tender requirements. Participate in pre-bid meetings, client clarifications, post-bid negotiations and commercial discussions.

Support development of competitive pricing and bid strategy, considering project risks, market conditions and targeted margins. Ensure proper handover of awarded projects to the Project/Execution team, including tender assumptions, scope, commercial qualifications and key risks.
