About the Role

Hanswahini Group is looking for an experienced Tender Executive with hands-on experience in Government Building Construction Projects. The candidate will be responsible for handling the complete tendering process, documentation, and submission of government building tenders.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle Government Building Construction Tenders from tender identification to submission.
- Search and review government tenders related specifically to building construction projects.
- Study tender documents, BOQ, drawings, specifications, eligibility criteria, and terms & conditions.
- Prepare and compile technical and commercial tender documents.
- Handle online tender submission through government e-tender portals.
- Coordinate with the Civil / Estimation / Billing / Accounts teams for tender preparation.
- Prepare tender-related documents such as BOQ, EMD, tender fee, declarations, undertakings, affidavits, and other required documents.
- Coordinate for quotations and supporting documents required for tender submission.
- Track tender deadlines, corrigendums, pre-bid meetings, and submission status.




- Maintain records of submitted and awarded tenders.
- Handle post-tender documentation and follow-up with concerned departments.

Required Experience

Mandatory:

- 3–7 years of relevant experience in Government Building Construction Tendering.
- Candidates must have experience in building projects, such as residential buildings, commercial buildings, government offices, hospitals, schools, colleges, institutional buildings, etc.
- Strong knowledge of Government E-Tendering and Building Construction Tender Documentation.

Candidates with only Road / Highway / Bridge / Electrical / Mechanical tendering experience will not be considered.

Qualification Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or any relevant qualification.

Salary: As per experience and interview.

Industry Preference: Civil Construction / Building Contractors / Government Building Projects

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
