We are a well-established firm seeking a highly accurate and experienced Computer Operator to take ownership of our tender management process. This role is critical to our business operations, ensuring that all government bids are prepared flawlessly and submitted on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Portal Management: Independently navigate the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) and state e-procurement portals on a daily basis.
- Tender Execution: Handle end-to-end e-tender filing, including drafting compliance sheets, preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQs), and managing Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) documentation.
- Tracking & Monitoring: Actively monitor tender statuses, publish dates, corrigendums, and bid results to ensure no deadlines are missed.
- Documentation: Organize and maintain secure digital and physical records of all corporate documents, quotations, and vendor profiles.
- Technical Operations: Manage Class-3 Digital Signature Certificates (DSC) and resolve basic portal login, Java, or document upload errors.
- General Office Support: Draft skilled correspondence, manage email communications, and perform routine data entry with high accuracy.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience:



Minimum 2 years of proven, hands-on experience in filing government tenders and operating the government portal.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel for BOQ pricing and Word for declarations) and PDF document management.
- Accuracy: Exceptional attention to detail—the ability to read complex tender documents and ensure 100% technical compliance to avoid bid disqualification.
- Time Management: Proven ability to work under pressure and consistently meet strict government bid submission deadlines.
- Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in handling complex, high-value tender submissions is a strong advantage.
