Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage government tenders from start to finish, ensuring timely submission of bids and proposals.

- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, engineering) to gather requirements for tender preparation.

- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and trends in the government sector.

- Develop robust relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation skills.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines during the tendering process.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-6 years of experience in Government Tender Management or related field.

- B.Tech degree in Computers or equivalent qualification required; MBA/PGDM preferred.

- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
