TELECALLER –
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound patient calls
- Understand patient concerns and provide relevant information
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments
- Follow up with leads and no-show patients
- Explain consultation process, offers, and basic treatment information
- Maintain accurate lead records in CRM
- Coordinate with clinic teams for appointments and follow-ups
- Achieve daily/monthly calling and appointment targets
- Ensure qualified and courteous patient communication
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Good Hindi & English speaking ability
- Patient handling and convincing skills
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge
- Experience in healthcare/aesthetic industry preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
