Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
- Explain real estate projects and investment opportunities to clients.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain lead records and update daily calling reports.
- Schedule site visits and support the sales team in lead conversion.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Requirements
- 1 Year–3 Years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Inside Sales, or Real Estate preferred.
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Excellent English communication and convincing skills are required.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
