We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to handle customer calls, follow up with leads, explain our products/services, and generate new business opportunities. The candidate should have valuable communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.

- Handle incoming customer enquiries and provide relevant information.

- Follow up with leads, enquiries, quotations, and prospective customers.

- Understand customer requirements and communicate suitable products/services.

- Generate and maintain customer leads through telephone calls.

- Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales/business development team.

- Maintain proper records of calls, customer details, follow-ups, and outcomes.

- Coordinate with the sales team for converting leads into business.

- Follow up regularly with customers until the enquiry is closed.

- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

- Provide feedback regarding customer requirements and market responses.
