About the Role

Home Credit India Finance Pvt. Ltd. is hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Telesales Specialists for Personal Loan sales. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and experienced candidates looking to build a career in the BFSI sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact customers through company-provided leads.
- Explain Personal Loan products and benefits to prospective customers.
- Generate sales through telephonic interactions.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow company processes and compliance guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification

- Minimum 10th Pass

Experience
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Prior telesales, telecalling, customer service, or sales experience will be an added advantage.

Required Skills
- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer handling and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.





Salary & Benefits
- 19,000 In-Hand Salary
- PF & ESIC Benefits
- Average Incentives: 10,000 15,000 per month

- 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- May extend up to 8:00 PM based on business requirements
