About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Insurance Tele Sales who can manage a telesales team, drive sales performance, and ensure achievement of monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and motivate a team of insurance telesales executives.
- Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Track individual and team performance.
- Provide regular coaching and guidance to improve sales conversions.
- Monitor calls and ensure quality customer interactions.
- Assist team members with customer queries and sales closures.
- Handle escalations and resolve issues effectively.




- Conduct team meetings and performance reviews.
- Prepare and share regular sales performance reports.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in team handling.
- Prior experience in insurance telesales/sales preferred.
- Robust communication and convincing skills.
- Good leadership and people-management abilities.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales environment.
- Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
