· Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

· Generate recent leads through calls, online sources, and other available channels.

· Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with customers.

· Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.

· Coordinate with the sales and service team regarding customer enquiries.

· Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer details.

· Convert enquiries into appointments, sales opportunities, or service requirements.

· Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely responses.

· Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

· Perform other customer-related tasks assigned by the management.

Requirements:

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Confident and polite telephone manner.

· Basic computer knowledge.

· Ability to generate and follow up on leads independently.

· Good Malayalam and English communication skills.

· Previous telecalling, customer service, or sales experience will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
