Role Type: Internship (with a possibility of conversion to a full-time role with fix salary of 20,000 / month )
We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telesales Intern to join our growing sales team. This internship is designed for freshers who want to build practical communication, negotiation, and lead generation skills in a fast-paced workplace.
You will work closely with senior sales executives to engage prospects and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers using structured scripts and guidelines.
Introduce company products or services clearly and identify customer needs through active listening.
Qualify leads, handle basic objections, and schedule appointments or product demos for the core sales team.
Maintain accurate daily logs of calls, client interactions, and lead statuses in the CRM database.
Conduct timely follow-ups via phone or email to nurture prospective clients.
Meet weekly and monthly activity targets (e.g.,
call volumes, qualified leads generated)
- Requirements & Skills
Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree (Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or any discipline; 12th/High School pass outs may also apply for basic roles). Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English (and regional languages if applicable) with a confident telephone etiquette.
Soft Skills: Resilient and comfortable handling rejection, highly energetic, and willing to learn.
Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office or CRM tools.What You Will Learn
