Job Title: *Telesales Executive

Salary: 18,000 To 20,000 + Incentives

Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries and provide support through telephone calls.
- Explain real estate products/projects, their features and benefits to customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer calls, leads and sales activities.
- Generate current leads through cold calling and follow-up with potential customers.
- Convert leads into prospective customers and sales opportunities.

Required Skills

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with telephonic conversations and cold calling.
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
