About the Role

We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to connect with business owners and explain CIMSME’s business loan assistance, memberships, services, training programmes and events.

Key Responsibilities

- Call potential and existing customers to explain our services.

- Understand customers’ business loan requirements, including the amount, purpose and type of funding needed.

- Explain the loan application process and basic document requirements.

- Collect customer details and coordinate with the loan support team for further assistance.

- Follow up on loan enquiries, pending documents and application status.

- Explain membership benefits and encourage registrations for programmes and events.

- Answer basic questions and refer technical queries to the concerned team.

- Maintain calling records, update Excel or CRM, and submit daily reports.

- Work towards agreed calling,



follow-up and conversion targets.

- Handle customer information confidentially and communicate clearly that loan approval is subject to the lender’s assessment.

Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates preferred.

- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

- Basic knowledge of computers, Excel and email.

- A polite, confident approach with positive listening and follow-up skills.

- Experience in telecalling, business loans, banking, financial services or sales is preferred.

- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
