Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales or lead-generation calls and handle inbound customer queries.
- Qualify leads, pitch product features, and overcome customer objections.
- Log detailed call notes, outcomes, and customer feedback into the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made and conversions.Required Skills
- Clear and professional verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software.
- Positive listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Positive attitude with resilience to handle rejection.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
