Role Description This full-time Telesales Executive role is an on-site position based in Chennai.

The Telesales

Executive will make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote CNC rotary tables and related solutions, explain product features, and understand customer requirements. The role involves generating and qualifying leads, maintaining accurate records of interactions in the CRM system, and following up consistently to convert opportunities into sales.

Executive will respond to inquiries, coordinate with the sales and technical teams for quotations or product demonstrations,



and contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets. The position also includes providing basic customer support over the phone and sharing customer feedback to improve service and product offerings.

Qualifications

- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Customer service and customer support skills to handle inquiries, address concerns, and build long-term relationships.
- Lead generation and sales skills to identify prospects, qualify opportunities, and drive closures.
- Ability to work with CRM tools, maintain call logs, and manage follow-ups in a structured manner.
- Prior experience in telesales, inside sales, or a customer-facing role, preferably in industrial or manufacturing products.
- Positive listening skills, persuasive abilities, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working on-site in Chennai and collaborating with local sales and technical teams.
- Minimum educational qualification: diploma or bachelor’s degree in any discipline; engineering or technical background is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of CNC machines or industrial equipment
