Job Title: Telecaller cum Back Office Executive

Location: Thaltej, Ahmedabad

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 CTC / month

Key Responsibilities

- Call customers/clients to collect, verify, and follow up on required documentation.
- Explain document checklists and guide clients through submission processes.
- Assist clients with form filling, query resolution, and status updates over the phone.
- Maintain, organize, and update client document records and status in MS Excel or CRM.
- Coordinate with internal back-office teams to ensure fast processing and compliance.

Requirements

- Education: or Any Graduate.
- Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling, documentation verification, or back-office roles (Freshers welcome).
- Languages: Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi; basic English communication.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, strong attention to detail, and positive telephonic communication.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
