Job Title: Pharma Sales Operator (Pharma Experience compulsory)

Handles order processing and coordination for medicine sales.

Job Responsibilities

- Coordinate with pharma companies and suppliers for medicine purchases.
- Generate, process, and manage Purchase Orders (POs).
- Monitor inventory and ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Negotiate with vendors for pricing, discounts, and delivery timelines.
- Verify incoming stock for quantity, batch number, expiry date, and quality.
- Maintain accurate purchase, inventory, and vendor records.
- Coordinate with the Sales & Operations team to understand product demand.
- Support day-to-day warehouse sales and operations.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with applicable pharmaceutical standards and guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

- Pharma industry experience is mandatory.
- Experience in pharmaceutical sales, distribution, purchase, or warehouse operations preferred.




- Positive knowledge of medicines, pharma products, inventory, and suppliers.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
