Hiring Telecom Expense Management Analyst

Experience: 4 years+

Location: Bangalore

Interview Mode: Face-to-Face

Responsibilities:

- Process telecom service orders and handle disconnects for inactive services.
- Review and validate telecom invoices (AT&T;, Verizon, CenturyLink, etc.).
- Identify billing discrepancies, raise disputes, and ensure resolution.
- Monitor telecom contracts, renewals, and procurement coordination.
- Maintain a global telecom inventory database and align services with contracts.
- Generate telecom spend and ROI reports for management.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams Finance, Legal, Tax & Compliance.

Skills & Experience:

- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in finance/accounting.




- 4+ years of experience in Telecom Expense Management / Telecom Billing.
- Experience with US-based telecom carriers (AT&T;, Verizon, CenturyLink, etc.).
- Knowledge of chargeback procedures, accruals, and journal entries.
- Robust Excel skills – pivot tables, macros, formulas, charts.
- Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.
- Experience in wireline/wireless inventory management and vendor coordination.
