We provide Home Nursing, Patient Care, Elder Care, Caretaker Services, Baby Care, Palliative Care, Doctor Visits, Physiotherapy, and other specialized home healthcare services.

We are growing our team and looking for an experienced and energetic Telecaller to generate and qualify leads, communicate with prospective customers, understand their healthcare requirements, and schedule appointments for our sales and service team.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Telecaller who can confidently communicate with prospective customers, explain our home healthcare services, identify their requirements, and convert enquiries into qualified leads and appointments.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills, a customer-focused approach, and experience in telecalling, telesales, BPO, or a similar role.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and leads.
- Explain Anbu Sri Sai Home Health Care's services clearly and confidently.
- Understand customer requirements related to home nursing, patient care, elder care, caretaker services, and other healthcare needs.
- Qualify leads based on requirement, location, budget, and service needs.




- Schedule appointments and consultations for the sales/service team.
- Follow up with existing leads and previous enquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status.
- Handle basic customer queries and coordinate with the relevant team.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling, lead-generation, and conversion targets.
- Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-friendly approach during every interaction.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, BPO, customer service, or lead generation.
- Confident and clear speaking ability.
- Good listening and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp, Excel, CRM, or lead-management systems.
- Ability to handle customer objections and rejection positively.
- Solid follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, BPO, customer service, or lead generation.
- Experience in healthcare, home healthcare, hospital, insurance, or other service-based industries will be an advantage.
- Experience handling inbound and outbound leads is preferred.
