-Make outbound calls to candidates and professionals in the US IT staffing market.

-Communicate professionally in English with candidates and clients.

-Explain job opportunities and collect relevant candidate information.

-Maintain accurate call records and update candidate details.

-Follow up with candidates and support the recruitment team.

-Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.





-Work effectively during US night shift timings.

-Willingness to work night shifts.
