Role Description The Telecaller role at Holistic Educare is a full time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. In this role, the Telecaller will make outbound and receive inbound calls to share information about the company’s services, clarify client requirements, and generate interest in educational solutions. Daily tasks include explaining offerings, maintaining call records, updating client details in the system, and following up on leads to support the business development team.

The Telecaller will handle basic queries,



schedule appointments or meetings for senior staff, and ensure a professional, courteous experience for all callers. Collaboration with internal teams to communicate client feedback and help refine outreach strategies is an important part of the role.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with clear and confident telephone etiquette.
- Basic computer proficiency, including use of spreadsheets, CRM tools, and email for updating and tracking client information.
- Ability to follow scripts and guidelines while adapting to caller needs and maintaining a customer-centric approach.

Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales support in any sector is an advantage.
- Comfort working in an on-site team environment in Ahmedabad, with a willingness to learn about education sector services.
- Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in English and local/regional languages used in Ahmedabad will be beneficial.
