Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers for lead generation. Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products/services. Follow up with leads and prospects to generate business opportunities.
Maintain and update customer details, call records, and lead status in CRM/Excel. Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads and further follow-ups. Achieve daily calling, follow-up, and lead-generation targets.
Prepare and submit daily calling and follow-up reports to the management.
