Telecaller Software Developer

- Company: SPIRO PRIME TECH SERVICES Research & Project Development Company (R&D;)
- Recruitment Type: Direct Company Hiring (Not a Consultancy)
- Salary: Up to 20,000/month
- (Compensation Structure: 10,000 Fixed Basic Pay + Up to 10,000 Performance-Linked Incentive)
- Eligibility: Freshers Only (Candidates with arrears may also apply)
- Probation Period: 6 Months.

Career Growth Opportunity

- During the 6-month probation period, you will begin your career as an Telecaller. Based on your performance, commitment, technical aptitude, target achievements, and lead generation performance, you may be transferred to the Software Developer position upon successful completion of the probation period.
- While working as an Telecaller, you will receive specialized training designed to help you build the technical skills required for a successful career in Software Development.
- The chance to move into a Software Developer role will be based on your overall performance, commitment, contribution, target achievements, lead generation results, and successful completion of the training program during the Telecaller role.





Training & Service Commitment

- Candidates will undergo a 6-month Training/Probation period.
- Candidates who require specialized, hands-on training in Software Development must submit their original certificates during the probation period to participate in the training program designed to facilitate a smooth transition into the Software Developer.
- Candidates who do not require such specialized training are not required to submit original certificates.
- Submission of original 10th, 12th, Degree, and Provisional Certificates is mandatory from the date of joining until completion of the 11-month service commitment period.
- Employees must agree to a minimum service commitment of 11 months from the date of joining.
- Training reimbursement terms are applicable as per company policy.
