Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain sportswear products, features, pricing, and offers.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Follow up with customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Maintain customer and lead records.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely assistance.
- Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams for order-related queries.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable Hindi and English communication.
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
