We are looking for Telecallers / Collection Executives to join our team for handling customer payment follow-ups and overdue account collections. ? Job Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue/pending payments. Inform customers about outstanding amounts and payment due dates. Understand the reason for delayed payment and communicate available payment options.
Follow up with customers and obtain payment commitments as per company guidelines. Maintain proper records of calls, customer responses, commitments, and follow-ups. Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Escalate disputed or complex cases to the concerned senior/team leader. Achieve assigned daily/monthly collection and calling targets. Update customer/account information accurately in the system. Maintain skilled communication and follow company policies and approved collection practices.
