Role Overview
We're looking for an experienced Telecaller to convert warm inbound leads into customers. You'll be calling users who have already signed up on our website or requested a callback — no cold calling.
Key Responsibilities
- Call warm leads within minutes of their signup/callback request
- Explain our platform, plans, and evaluation process clearly
- Handle objections confidently and close sales
- Follow up via WhatsApp to nurture leads
- Maintain accurate records in CRM
- Share daily reports on calls, conversions, and customer feedback
- Escalate technical or payment issues to the right team
Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in telecalling, inside sales, or telesales
- Fluent in Hindi (mandatory) and basic English
- Strong objection handling and closing skills
- Own laptop/smartphone with stable internet
- Must be based in Nagpur or Bhandara, Maharashtra
- Comfortable working with CRM tools and WhatsApp Business
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Experience in financial services, EdTech, insurance, or fintech telecalling
- Basic understanding of stock market or trading
- Prior experience with warm/inbound lead conversion
What We Offer
- Fixed salary: ₹10,000 - ₹22,000 per month (based on experience)

The candidate should be able to handle customer queries, build trust over the phone, address objections, and close deals effectively. Fluency in both Hindi and English is mandatory, as our clients come from across India. Prior experience in telesales or inside sales is essential — we need someone who can start delivering results quickly with minimal training.
