Telecaller – Customer Engagement Chennai | Work From Office Experience: 1–3 Years | Salary: Up to ₹25,000/month Looking for a confident and friendly Telecaller who enjoys speaking with customers and building relationships. What you’ll do:Handle inbound & outbound customer calls Understand customer requirements and provide product information Follow up with enquiries Coordinate with the sales team Maintain customer records and CRM Handle basic customer queries We’re looking for:Excellent Tamil & English communication Good listening and interpersonal skills Patient, positive and customer-friendly attitude Basic computer knowledge Telecalling / customer service experience preferred Fashion, retail or e-commerce experience is an advantage Monday–Saturday | 9:30 AM–6:30 PM No aggressive sales targets | Immediate joiners preferred If you enjoy talking to people and creating a excellent customer experience, we’d love to hear from you
