Ekitai Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Telecaller Cum Coordinator to join our team and support our ongoing speech, AI, data collection, and research projects.

The role involves communicating with potential participants, explaining project requirements, screening candidates, and coordinating their schedules for participation.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential participants and explain project requirements clearly.
- Identify and recruit participants based on specific project criteria such as age, gender, language, location, and availability.
- Screen participants and verify that they meet the required eligibility criteria.
- Schedule participants for recording sessions, interviews, or other project activities.
- Coordinate with participants through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, or other communication channels.
- Follow up with participants regarding appointments and attendance.
- Maintain accurate records of participant details, availability, schedules, and project status.
- Coordinate with the internal project team to ensure sessions are completed as scheduled.
- Handle rescheduling, cancellations, and participant queries professionally.
- Provide regular updates to the project/team coordinator.




- Ensure all participant information and project-related communication is handled confidentially.

Requirements
- Excellent spoken communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, Excel/Google Sheets, and basic computer applications.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple participants and schedules simultaneously.
- Candidates should be comfortable working with targets and deadlines.

Preferred Experience in any of the following will be an advantage:
- Participant recruitment
- Market research
- Data collection
- BPO/telecalling
- Recruitment/HR coordination
- Audio/speech data collection
- AI or technology-related projects
