Role Description This is a full-time, in office Telecaller role based in Noida. The Telecaller will handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with product information, order placement, and basic troubleshooting.

Responsibilities include answering customer queries, providing clear and accurate information, following scripts where appropriate, and maintaining call records in the system. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues, updating customers on order status, and promoting relevant offers or services. The Telecaller is expected to meet daily call targets, follow quality guidelines,



and uphold a courteous, professional communication style.

Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages, with clear and confident telephone etiquette.
- Customer service orientation, including active listening, patience, and the ability to handle queries and complaints professionally.
- Basic computer literacy, with the ability to work with call management systems, CRM tools, and online shopping platforms.
- Organizational and time-management skills to manage call volumes, document interactions, and follow up on pending issues.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida on a full-time schedule and collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Prior experience in telesales, customer support, or contact center operations is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in any field is a plus.
