:Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Sales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Kannada, Hindi and English be comfortable handling a high volume of outbound calls, and possess a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make 120–150 outbound calls daily to prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, follow-ups, and daily sales reports in the CRM.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales and performance targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new customers.




- Follow up with prospective customers to maximize conversion opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0–4 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, customer service, or a similar role.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- Fluency in Hindi, English and Kannada (spoken) is mandatory. Knowledge of Marathi or any other regional language will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a target-driven setting.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
