Remind customers of due dates and outstanding balances in a qualified manner.

Follow up on payment commitments and ensure timely collection of dues. Update customer interaction details and payment status in the system. Explain billing details, charges, and account information clearly to customers.

Resolve customer queries related to payments, bills, or account discrepancies. Identify skip/defaulter cases and escalate them to the supervisor when required. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
