Job Purpose To call customers, share information about Biocare's Ayurvedic/health products, and maintain simple daily call records What You Will Do ● Daily Calling: Make outbound calls to provided lists and answer inbound customer inquiries regarding product details, pricing, and orders. ● Excel Data Entry: Keep a clean record of your calls on a straightforward Excel sheet (updating columns like Customer Name, Phone Number, Order Status, and Remarks). ● Order Booking: Note down accurate shipping details for customers who want to purchase. ● Follow-ups: Keep track of your Excel sheet to call back customers who requested more time to think.

What We Are Looking For ● Experience: Freshers are welcome. Any previous telecalling or office assistant experience is a plus. ● Skills: ○ Clear, polite speaking voice in Hindi (and regional language if required). ○ Basic Excel knowledge (must know how to type into cells, search data, and save files). ○ Good listening skills and patience when speaking with customers.
