About the Role

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students and parents, handling enquiries, following up on leads, and supporting the admissions process.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from provided leads.
- Explain FSM courses, programs, schedules, and other relevant information.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable course information.
- Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication.
- Handle incoming calls and resolve customer queries professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the centre and internal teams regarding admissions and student requirements.




- Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the enquiry and admission process.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with parents and students over the phone.
- Positive follow-up and persuasion skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, admissions, or education is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and good communication abilities can also apply.
