Explain loan products, eligibility, and basic process details.

Understand customer requirements and coordinate for further processing. Maintain accurate calling records and follow up with interested customers. Achieve assigned calling and business targets. Ensure skilled communication and adherence to company policies.

Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in the banking, finance, or loan industry. Good communication and convincing skills. Basic knowledge of loan products. Ability to achieve targets and work in a team.
