Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for car procurement from customers.
- Process customer queries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Meet daily/weekly targets for sales performance metrics such as conversion rates, average order value, etc.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Job Requirements :
- 0-8 years of experience in telesales or related field (telemarketing, inside sales).
- Robust communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in phone banking systems and processes is required.
