Job Role

We are looking for a Telemarketing Executive who can speak confidently with customers, understand their requirements, and help generate sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Call potential and existing customers and explain our products.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain basic records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Handle customer questions professionally.
- Achieve daily/weekly sales and calling targets.

Requirements
- Positive communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident and polite while speaking with customers.
- Basic knowledge of computers and WhatsApp.
- Sales or telecalling experience is preferred but freshers can also apply.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
