Job Overview

We are hiring Tele Counsellors – Domestic to connect with prospective students, explain career-oriented courses, generate interest, and encourage candidates to attend free career counselling sessions at the institute.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, prior outbound calling experience, and the ability to engage with prospective students over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain available courses and career opportunities.
- Understand students' requirements and provide relevant course information.
- Generate interest and encourage prospective students to attend free career counselling sessions.
- Follow up with interested candidates and ensure timely visits to the counselling centre.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads through calls and other communication channels.
- Update lead and calling information accurately.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain professional communication with students and parents.

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: 12th Pass with result in hand / Undergraduate / Graduate
- Experience:



Minimum 6 months of outbound tele-calling experience preferred
- Age: 18 to 34 years
- Gender: Male / Female
- Languages: Fluent in Tamil, Kannada and English
- Candidates with experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, Counselling or Lead Generation are preferred.

Salary ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month (In-Hand)

Salary may vary based on experience and current compensation. Salary hikes may be considered for suitable experienced candidates.
