Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending loan EMIs, overdue accounts, and outstanding payments.
- Communicate payment details, due dates, and available repayment options clearly and professionally.
- Follow up with customers to secure timely repayment of outstanding dues.
- Understand customers’ concerns and negotiate suitable payment commitments within company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer conversations, commitments, and follow-ups.
- Regularly follow up on promised payment dates and update collection status.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally while maintaining a courteous approach.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly collection and calling targets.
- Escalate complex or disputed cases to the appropriate supervisor/team.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and loan-related information.
Skills & Competencies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of Bengali and Hindi; basic working knowledge of English preferred.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections calmly and professionally.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records.
- Good listening skills and a professional telephone manner.
