Roles & Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers regarding insurance products and services.

- Communicate with customers in fluent Tamil

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance products based on their needs.

- Generate and follow up on leads through regular telephone communication.

- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about insurance policies.

- Maintain proper records of customer calls, follow-ups, leads, and activities.

- Schedule follow-up calls and ensure timely communication with interested customers.

- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and targets.

- Build positive relationships with customers and maintain skilled communication.

- Coordinate With operations teams to ensure smooth policy processing.

- Follow company guidelines, calling scripts, and applicable related procedures.

- Maintain customer confidentiality and handle customer information responsibly.

Required Skills

- Fluent Tamil communication is mandatory.

- Good verbal communication and convincing skills.





- Basic knowledge of insurance products is an advantage.

- Good customer-handling and follow-up skills.

- Ability to explain information clearly over the phone.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

- Basic computer knowledge and ability to update customer information.

- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience in telecalling, BPO, customer support, are preferred.

- Must be comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.

- Should have patience, a positive attitude, and good listening skills.

- Willingness to work towards performance targets.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
